In Jewish tradition, the Ten Days of Repentance are the days between Rosh Hashana (the Jewish new year) and Yom Kippur (The day of Atonement). This period of time is dedicated to introspection and reflection on the transgressions we have committed, so that we can enter the new year with a clean slate. Throughout these ten days we will be publishing short articles by various Jewish-Israeli writers and thinkers on the topic of repentance and the sin of occupation. May the coming Jewish year of 5780 be a year of peace and justice for all.
