There were some guys (settlers) who threw stones on the road because they were pissed off that they lost their herd. If they were Palestinians, they would have been arrested within seconds, but they apologized to the force and were released. It was on Route 60, a central and dangerous highway.

How old were they? Fifteen to seventeen. They reported the theft of a herd and then they approached a force that was there patrolling. They saw a Palestinian vehicle passing with a herd of sheep in its pickup truck, so they decided to follow that truck. The force simply joined them on a very illegal chase after a Palestinian vehicle. The settlers drove in a car and the soldiers followed. They reached the entrance to Nablus, stopped the car, checked it and decided, “No, those aren’t our sheep,” and returned. And then they were annoyed and threw stones on that road.

They just saw an army jeep and said, “They stole our sheep, we saw the vehicle that stole them, come catch it quick?” Exactly.
